SHIPPING, RETURN POLICY AND OTHER POLICIES

US DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Currently, products are shipped to USA only. It is our goal to ensure that you receive your products in a timely manner. Standard orders will leave our warehouse within 3-5 business days. Once an order ships, the delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed as they are an approximation based on the average delivery time for past orders. All shipments are sent on non-holiday weekdays; orders that arrive on weekends or a holiday will be shipped the following weekday.

We use USPS for the majority of our orders.

ORDER CHANGES

Once orders have been placed, no changes including cancellation can easily be made. If you made a mistake with your order however, please contact us within 48-hours to make small changes. If we do not carry a different size however, we cannot guarantee that we can make the correct changes to your order.

TRACKING

Once orders have been shipped, you should receive a tracking number to the email address you included in your order. If you did not receive a tracking number please check your junk folder first before contacting us. Tracking information updates may be delayed, please allow 1-4 days. If no updates are received please contact the shipping carrier. We are provided the same tracking information as you and cannot assist in shipping matters after your order has left our warehouse.

LOST, STOLEN, DAMAGED OR UNDELIVERABLE ITEMS

Please ensure the correct delivery address has been entered on your order (you may verify this through email confirmation). If a correction needs to be made please contact us. We cannot guarantee address corrections after order placement.

strawbyr is not responsible for orders once they leave our warehouse, unless you purchase shipping protection. This includes lost, undeliverable, damaged or stolen packages. If your order is lost during transit, stolen after delivery, sent to the wrong address, or returned due to delivery issues you will need to contact the carrier directly to investigate the matter. Any returned items will be subject to our standard return process. We highly recommend using shipping address protection with your order to cover against any potential delivery related issues.

HOLIDAY AND SALES

Due to any high volume of sales during holidays and big sale events there may be longer than normal shipping times. We will do our best to communicate any possible delays.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

strawbyr is a very small business, primarily managed by one person. We do allow returns if necessary. If your item has a defect or you are not satisfied with your order, we will allow returns within 2 weeks or exchanges if you need a different size. If we are sold out of the correct size in one product, we can accept an exchange for a different item; we cannot guarantee if we will have the size you need for the item you want. If you have a question about your order or made a mistake in your order, please do not hesitate to contact us and we can discuss your specific request. If you are making an exchange for a different size, or making a return, you must first send back your item undamaged, unused and unworn with tags within 14 days and with permission given first by us via email. We will not exchange or refund your item if: you have not emailed us receiving permission first, we perceive that it is damaged, used or worn, if it does not arrive at our facility within 14 days or if it does not have the original tags. Unfortunately we will not be able to pay for the postage for an exchange or return; you are responsible for the cost of sending it back to us. If we deem your item nonexchangeable, we will NOT voluntarily send it back to you.

If you are local and personally know the owner of strawbyr, you may be able to have an easier time exchanging for the correct size without having to ship your item. Please contact us for any inquiries.

Items are carefully and individually packaged free of damage. If there is any damage or loss of package, please read our lost, stolen, damaged or undeliverable items policy above. We have nothing to do with the package once shipped so any inquiries must be taken up with the carrier directly.
