In order for strawbyr, LLC to provide services and specifically the strawbyr services outlined in the Terms of Service including but not limited to the websites, www.strawbyr.com; and any additional websites and or blogs owned by strawbyr, LLC, we may store, collect, and process various forms of information submitted by you electronically. Specifically, we collect personal information you have provided to us, non-personal information (e.g. device identifiers, IP addresses, etc.), and location-based information. This privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) describes the means and methods strawbyr uses to collect, use, and disclose your information in connection with the use of our services. strawbyr products, services, and applications may contain links and integration to third-party services, social media platforms, products, applications, and websites. These features may collect your IP address, which page you are visiting on our Services, and may set a cookie to enable the feature to function properly. Social media features on our Services are either hosted by a third party or directly on our Services. Your interactions with these features are governed by the respective privacy policy of the company providing such feature(s).

From time-to-time, strawbyr may make certain personal information available to product and service partners. Specific ways strawbyr shares with third parties are described below:
THIRD-PARTY SERVICE PROVIDERS
strawbyr may elect to outsource some of its technical and customer support, marketing and other services that it may deem necessary and in these specific instances, we may share minimal information about or from you in order for them to provide their services that are needed. But for the most part, strawbyr does not plan on sharing any information with third-party service providers as much as possible. Most likely, if anything of the kind happens, it would not have been under strawbyr’s consent and strawbyr is not liable for any kind of hacks from third-parties. We will do our absolute best to avoid any sharing of your information.
BUSINESS AFFILIATES AND TRANSFERS
strawbyr may share information from or about you with its affiliates, subsidiaries, joint ventures, or companies under common control, in which case we will require them to adhere to this Privacy Policy. In the event strawbyr, LLC is acquired in total or by a substantial amount of its assets, we will make best efforts to ensure that the purchaser will assume the rights and obligations of this Privacy Policy. However, strawbyr cannot make any guarantees or promises with respect to a purchaser adopting the current rights and obligations of this Privacy Policy.
INVESTIGATIONS
As described in the strawbyr Terms of Service, strawbyr reserves the right to provide and/or disclose necessary information for investigatory matters to third parties. Examples include but are not limited to: 1) compliance with law enforcement or the necessary legal process; 2) behavior and/or use that violates our Terms of Service, and 3) instances whereby it is necessary to protect our rights and obligations.

As such, we follow the generally accepted industry standards to protect all user information submitted to us. Once notified, we will delete the information as soon as reasonably possible.

strawbyr reserves the exclusive right to change, modify, or alter the terms of this Privacy Policy. The most current version of this policy will govern our use of your information. Continued access and use of the strawbyr Services after changes to our Privacy Policy occur indicate that you agree to be bound by the revised Privacy Policy.
OPT OUT AND DO NOT TRACK
If you decide to provide us with your contact information, you agree that we may send you communications via emails. However, you may unsubscribe from certain communications by notifying strawbyr that you no longer wish to receive these communications. We will endeavor to promptly remove you from our mailing list once we have received that request. We currently do not offer functionality for you to opt out through “do not track” listings. strawbyr or other users may post links to third party websites on our Platform, which may include information that we have no control over.
